Township Stories at the Adelaide Festival of Arts.

TOWNSHIP STORIES, the hit of the 2006 Edinburgh Festival and the Vienna Festwochen, receives it's Australian premiere at the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre in Woolongong before moving to the Royalty Theatre in Adelaide as part of the festival, where it runs from the 6th February to March 9th.

Paul Grootboom's Township Stories is a nail-biting thriller set against the backdrop of life in a post-apartheid South African township.

A schoolgirl flees her home only to find solice in the arms of a gangster, who believes life's ills can be solved with violence.
