UK Arts International

UK Arts International and the work it has presented have received a number of awards.

In 1999, Nixon's Nixon received a Fringe First in Edinburgh. And in the following year, so did A Woman in Waiting as well as also receiving a Sony Award as a radio play. Stolen from Australia was short-listed for an EMMA and Rome and Jewels for an Olivier Award in 2002 for best Dance Production. In 2005, Township Stories was awarded a Herald Angel and in 2007, Truth in Translation also received a Fringe First, while A Woman in Waiting and Township Stories were both nominated for Manchester Evening News Awards.

In 2008 Jan Ryan was short-listed for Arts Council England's Eclipse Award, in recognition of her contribution in championing culturally diverse theatre. In 2009, she received the Eclipse Award.

In 2010 UK Arts International was shortlisted for the Renee Stepham Award for the Presentation of Touring Theatre.
